Support warehouse users in adopting SAP EWM / WM - guide them through daily workflows, deliver training, troubleshoot initial issues and be their first point of contact on the floor.

What you'll do

Walk warehouse users through their daily work in SAP EWM / WM and make sure they feel confident operating the system.
Deliver on-the-job training and guided practice at key warehouse stations during rollout and Go-Live.
Work alongside logistics and warehouse teams, understand their operational reality and respond to user questions in real time.
Troubleshoot first-level issues on RF scanners, barcode terminals and standard EWM transactions.
Document user procedures, quick guides, FAQs and tips in clear language that floor operators can follow.
Escalate complex configuration or technical issues to functional and technical teams with accurate context.
Be present on the warehouse floor during go-live and hypercare, helping users overcome early friction and maintain momentum.

Requirements

Hands-on experience implementing, rolling out or supporting SAP EWM / WM.
Working knowledge of warehouse processes and end-to-end supply-chain flows.
Experience training end users, supporting Go-Live and working alongside operational teams.
Experience supporting RF handheld devices and barcode-driven execution.
Excellent interpersonal skills, patience and a genuine willingness to work on the customer floor.
Ability to explain system steps in simple terms and build trust with users under pressure.

Nice to have

SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized)
Integration with TMS, YMS or MES platforms
Experience in manufacturing, retail or 3PL environments
