Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Xcon - Extreme Consulting ("Xcon", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through xcon.pro, why we collect it, how we keep it and the rights you have over it. This page is maintained by Xcon and is written to reflect the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

The site xcon.pro is operated by Xcon - Extreme Consulting.

For any privacy question or request you can reach us at info@xcon.pro or +972-50-9799770.

2. What information we collect

Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, company name where provided, and the free-text content of your message.

Job applications: full name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, the role you applied for, and the CV file you choose to upload.

Technical information: information your browser sends automatically, such as approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visited. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 and we do not ask you for sensitive categories of data such as health, biometric or financial details.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer enquiries you send us and to provide the information or proposal you requested (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request).

To evaluate job applications and manage the recruitment process (steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in staffing our teams).

To operate, secure and improve the website (our legitimate interest in a functional and safe site).

To send professional updates where you have asked us to (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Providing information is voluntary. You are under no legal duty to provide it, but without it we may not be able to respond to you or to process an application.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We use service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting and database services that store form submissions and uploaded CVs, and email delivery services used to route enquiries to our team.

Some providers may store data outside Israel or the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply recognised safeguards for international transfers.

We may disclose information where required by law, a court order or a competent authority, or to defend our legal rights.

5. Retention

Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping.

Job applications, including CV files, are kept for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

When information is no longer needed we delete it or render it non-identifiable.

6. Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions and uploaded files are stored in access-controlled cloud services, and access is limited to Xcon personnel who need it for their role.

No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security event that materially affects your information, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

7. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may review information held about you, request that inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information be corrected or deleted, and ask that we stop using your details for direct marketing.

If the GDPR applies to you, you may also request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@xcon.pro. We will respond within the time frame required by law.

8. Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies are set only after you give consent through the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
